In like a lion...

and out like a lamb? We hope. The past few weeks have been full of ear infections and stomach bugs and colds - for all of us. It is like winter is getting it's last dig in before the warm months come. We seem to be better now... but not holding my breath yet. The best thing is that Rodney's big trip to Africa is coming up!!!! Please pray for him as he spreads the gospel to so many of those that need it. I promise to post lots of pics and updates. We know our great God is going to do great things. So glad my great guy is getting to be part of it!

Daddys and sons and trucks

Riding in the truck with Rodney always involves holding hands (that would be restricted to me, CW, and Sawyer), singing country music and going to Sonic for a drink. So glad this tradition gets carried on with sweet Sawyer. Rodney said he had a blast and Sawyer couldn't have been happier. What sweeties!

Happy Birthday, Rodney!

We celebrated Rodney's birthday on March 4th. We had his favorite meal of fried chicken and all the "fixins" (thank you to Bud's) plus homemade strawberry cake (I did make that). It was just a great night of family time. Rodney got lots of cards and money. From us he got some new clothes, a new Bible, and a special photo book to take to Africa. We love you, Daddy! You are God's blessing to me and the boys.

I will crawl...

when I am ready. Just because brother did it at 9 months, does not mean I have to. Rolling all over the place is getting me right where I want to go for now. :)

Lance turns Four!

Carter Wayne pretty much had a perfect day. A birthday party for Caroline involving pia, fruit, and strawberry cake. His favorites. Then Lance's birthday party at none other than Jumpone (the last letter of the alphabet does not work on our keyboard so insert it between "p" and "o" and you have the correct place - same goes for above mentioned Italian pie). We had a blast! Lance has been such a great buddy to Carter Wayne. We were so excited to celebrate his birthday!

Baby Caroline turns Two!

Our sweet Caroline turned two last month and we got to go to her monkey party. That sassy girl is wild about monkeys. And I am pretty sure when she turns 16, Carter Wayne will still be calling her Noah's baby Caroline. Oh and I had to add the pic that shows our new obsession with our nose. So lovely! We love you "Baby Caroline!" Happy Birthday!

Three things I love

Sawyer loves many things but some of his favorites are his blanket, his daddy and his food. What a cutie!!!

Make that four - he LOVES his fingers, too!
