Talk about a month of changes. This 10th month has been one! Sawyer has matured so much this past month. He talks all the time. Calls for moma, dada, buba, and walker. His hair has grown so much. We were going to trim the mullet but were met with much opposition from the grandmas so it is still long and I love it! Sawyer has taught himself to sit up from laying down and is so proud that when I come to get him in the morning he can sit up and turn on his music. He does a little morning dance for me and I love it. This little munchkin loves to move to the music. I think it is his momma coming out in him for sure. We also learned that he is VERY allergic to penicillin - unfortunately we learned this while Rodney was in Africa and I was in Batesville. Little Sausey looked horrible for about 5 days. I am blessed to say that is the only time I have ever taken one of my children to the ER. Let's hope it was the last. Sawyer bounced back nicely but still couldn't get the hang of table foods. I am still concerned he may have reflux. I spent a week changing clothes constantly because of throw up. But a week before he turned 11 months it just clicked. He is not very interested in baby food and he is VERY interested in anything you are eating. He also puts everything in his mouth so I have to keep an eye on him for sure. He is so close to crawling. He scoots on his booty, rolls, drags himself like a snake and even tries to pull up. Maybe we will skip crawling all together. He likes to turn off the light for you. He ducks his head into his Mommy when he meets a new person. He has three top teeth and two bottom. He can also wave bye bye and say bye. When I say bye and hang up the phone he always says bye. But he refuses to perform any of his tricks for anyone, so don't ask. It has been amazing the changes in the last month. We love seeing his personality continue to develop. He is his own person and we are already so proud of him. The day before he turned 11 months he started crawling (sort of) and waving Bye Bye!! Changing so fast!
