Halloween Night

Halloween night was action packed to say the least. After trick or treating at Rodney's work we met up with our new neighbors. Carter Wayne and their daughter Stella enjoyed trick or treating in our neighborhood. We also enjoyed the bouncy castle that our neighborhood had. Carter Wayne's favorite part of the night was answering the door to the trick or treaters. We were not prepared for how popular our new neighborhood is and we ran out of candy in an hour! That's ok because Carter Wayne's sugar high was taking over and we needed a little peace and quiet. It was a great night and I can't wait for next year!

Trick or Treating at Daddy's Work

Rodney's work had a huge Fallfest Friday afternoon and Carter Wayne loved getting all that candy. There were people everywhere and it was neat to meet some of Rodney's co-workers.

A Razorback Football Player

For Halloween Carter Wane was a Razorback Football Player - like he had a choice. He really loved the costume and we think he looks so cute!

Class Halloween Party

Last Thursday Carter Wayne's Mother's Day Out had their class party. They made a scary ghost, ate snacks, and read a Halloween book. It was lots of fun and Carter Wayne loved having his Daddy see his classroom for the first time.

Baking with Momma

Carter Wayne and I kicked off Halloween week by making Halloween cupcakes. He even made a "special" one for his daddy and yes his daddy ate it. Carter Wayne is Mommy's big helper in the kitchen.

Red White Game

A couple of weeks ago we went with my parents to the first open practice of the Razorback Basketball teams. We had a blast. The guys got autographs and got to have their picture made with the head coach. Carter Wayne loved getting to meet the team mascots. It was so fun I think we will make it a tradition. We needed a little fun before the heartbreak we would experience the next day against Ole Miss. What an ugly game! We are looking forward to attending more basketball games since we now live so close. Also my dad informed the coach that he could look forward to a great basketball player in a few years. No pressure Carter Wayne. The coach replied that he would be old and gray by then. I sure he never hears that statement from proud grandparents.
