RazorFest 2009

This is the first year we have all gotten to go to the Razorback Spring Practice. We had so much fun! The weather was horrible but the rain cleared after awhile. We stood in line forever for autographs and right when it was our turn they came to take Coach away. So I just stuck out my big, pregnant belly and asked him to PLEASE sign our stuff before he left. And he graciously did. I mean seriously - who says no to a pregnant lady standing in the rain. I don't think my father or my husband have ever loved me more. Mom, CW, and I stayed for the 1st quarter of the game but Dad, Rodney, and Calli stuck it out for the whole thing. We were all so tired but we all agreed it was a perfect day - something only a true Razorback fan would say.

One week from Today...

Baby Boy Greenfield #2 will be here. We are so excited and nervous at the same time. Lots of changes coming our way- it is hard to believe that a year ago we had just moved here. What a year! I am feeling good and can't wait to meet our new little guy. Here is his last ultra sound in April - I think he looks like Carter Wayne! Carter Wayne has mixed emotions about the new baby, but he enjoyed having his bouncy seat back out.

Easter Party

The Friday before Easter we visited the Easter Bunny and went to an "indoor" Easter Egg Hunt at Leslie and Olivia Grace's house. Carter Wayne was the only rooster in the hen house. He will thank me for that someday. We had a great time and Carter Wayne LOVED the Easter Bunny. He wasn't afraid at all!

Easter

My wonderful husband has found a way to get me back in the blogging world! Just in time for baby Greenfield's arrival! So in my last week as a mother of one I will try to provide some updates of our lives over the last few months. Easter was lots of fun. Wendee, Nonna, Allison, and Kristen came up for the weekend. We went to church on Saturday night and out to Olive Garden. We were bums on Sunday and enjoyed just being together. It was a fun visit and we were so sad to see them go home.

My computer strikes again!

I know you all think I am lazy or caught up in pregnancy land, but I promise I have a good excuse for not updating my blog. Ever since the ice storm my computer won't allow me to go into my blogger account. I don't understand. I can look at other blogs and even my own but I cannot make updates. So weird. Those of you that have facebook I have been updating my photos from Christmas to now. So feel free to check them out. I will continue to try to figure out why my computer hates me so much. Until then, I still have email and will try to send out more pics (well, we all know Rodney does that). At least I could give you this update from my mom's computer. Have a great spring break!

Carter Wayne is 2 1/2!

Drumroll please.....

Rodney, Carter Wayne and I are so excited to announce that we are having another BOY!!!! We had our ultrasound this morning and everything looked wonderful. We took Carter Wayne with us and he told me this morning that he had a brother in moma's belly. He was right. When the ultra sound started the nurse said she thought she saw something - that is a dead give away that it is a boy. Then there was the proof. The nurse told me that it looked like I was still going to be the queen of the house. Those of you that know me know that I enjoyed that statement. I am so thankful that everything looked healthy and right on track. I don't deserve any of the blessings that God gives me but that is what His love and grace are all about. I feel overwhelmed with the responsibility of raising Godly men. But it won't happen through the strength of Rodney and I but rather the power of our Lord and Savior. Thank you all for praying for us and loving us. This boy, like Carter Wayne, is blessed to have so many wonderful people around him. I will post more pictures soon!!!!
