After all that sledding we had some cold and hungry folks on our hands. I whipped up some lasagna - and by whipped I mean slaved over, that Pioneer Woman doesn't mess around. The food was good, the kids had fun, and the adults enjoyed themselves. I felt like I was getting my last interaction from the outside world for awhile so I soaked it up! The high today was 11 and the temp is supposed to get below 5 tonight! That snow isn't going anywhere! This is definitely one for the history books - the snow, not my lasagna. :)
